You have to collect clues or something like that to end your journey but it keeps freezing for me after I enter my details so am not sure how difficult it is or what it is all about really.

Pretty easy. Pick things up and follow the clues. I had trouble finding the bag but it was right at the bottom of the screen and nearly not there at all for me.

I can open the bag, and collected the restaurant bill and pencil, but can't figure out what to do next!

its a game, your on a train and need to find clues, take the phone off the table on the right, theres a bag on the floor, take the pencil and receipt, click on the water bottle on the table on the right until it shows you prices of a torn up ticket, put the pieces in order on the marked area. now click on the far door and type JOHN, on the tray on your left piece together the other half of the ticket, go to first class and click on seat number 17 (theres an arrow over it) click on the briefcase and use the pencil to rub on the ticket to get the code for the case (mine was 217) then enter it into the combination, click on the business card and then your phone in the inventory and click send. you will meet the man swap bags and be able to deliver your gift to your GF

To find the phone, scroll right, its not on the table you look at in the first place.

i always get to the first ticket piece it together and nothing happens and I can't get back to the train screen or anything ?? grrrr
