Your posts are very confusing as only a short while ago you claimed that you had set up a small animal sitting service and that you were also a self employed manicurist and nail artist and a part time receptionist. Do you work part time for a charity as an administrator as well?
The pet thing is the OP's DD's business, and the nails thing is the OP's own. Administrator / receptionist might be used interchangeably depending on context IMO.

Yes that's right. My daughter logged in my account on here to ask about her pet sitting business.

The manicure business is mine and luckily I have some very nice customers who didnt mind waiting until I was better for their appointments.

My job with the charity is receptionist/administrator.
  • Think I might try the payg phone idea. Thanks for the suggestion.
  • The problem seems to be that there are certain things that nobody else in the company can do except you.
So maybe you can take steps to ensure they know how to answer questions in your absence, even if it's only to say that you will get back to the contact when you're back.
Are the things that need dealing with really pressing to the organisation, or could they wait? Your colleagues need to recognise the difference.
  • Just ignore the phone. How difficult is that?

Perhaps your illness doesn't extend to ignoring calls from friends and family, but short "catch up" ones from your charity are?
