Globaltestmarket-wont let me cash out-error?

Hi,

I just got over 1090 points on globaltestmarket and want to cash out, but it just returns "error accessing the perks system please try again" when I click on redeem.

I have tried different browsers etc but no luck. It has gone through a few times in the past so why this time?

If they were unhappy with my account why don't they let me know instead of just sending me more surveys to complete, which they seem quite happy to do but not pay me at end?

I have been with them for over 8 years without any problems before.

Anyone else with same problem or an idea whats up with globaltestmarket?

I think you are jumping the gun a little assuming that they are unhappy with you for some reason.

Appears to be an actual error, consider clearing your cache & cookies then trying again tomorrow.
