HTB MG - Will the rates be high?

A lot of people mistake my brevity for judgment on them, or a degree of coldness in how I come across on here. I like to inform, without judgment and with the minimum of opinion (most of the time!).
TBH I'm very different in real life and tend to waffle a bit, especially about football, when I get a client who supports Liverpool who lives in Redditch!
I thought it was only United fans who come from nowhere near Manchester and are all glory hunting OOTs (out of town) supporters...

Talking to the business development manager of Halifax, they are expecting rates of around 5% for the 95% product.
Only time will tell to see if they get a little more competitive when other lenders come into the market around January time.0 -

The aim is to encourage lenders to offer more funds at 95% (and above 80%) than they currently do. From a borrowers perspective there's no difference.0 -

Oh, dear. My father in law (RIP) was one of the "Cheyenne Reds" who gave the Bolton contingent a bit of a rough ride through Salford 5 when they thought getting off the train at Victoria and a coach back to Bolton was a good idea after their FA Cup win in 1958... :eek:witchy1066 wrote: »my heart belongs to Bolton WanderersI am a mortgage broker.
