boots xmas previews now on

just had the usual Boots email to say that the Christmas previews are on next week - Thurs 10th at my store but the site is down so can't check any details except that:

A total of 1200 points will be added automatically to your Advantage Card once and every time the £50 threshold has been met in a single transaction. Existing points promotions will not be multiplied during any points events. The offer differs online. Festive fizz and samples are available whilst stocks last. Although advantage card holders had their invites through the post last week, non advantage card holders may not have a clue.

And as the advantage card points are added on near enough any purchase instore it is a good time to stock up on essentials or premium makeup brands if that is your thing etc, baby things... and sometimes believe it or not, Boots can be cheaper than elsewhere.

I agree that these events can be useful. When my girls were little I used to stock up on nappies, wipes etc which worked out cheaper than getting them elsewhere.
