Won a Comp on Twitter but can't contact the company

I won this comp on 22nd Sept

And as per instruction I have tried to get in touch with @CAN_OFFICIAL

They haven't responded to any of my tweets and I can't DM them as they do not follow me, but I have emailed them and left a message on Facebook too. But they have not responded to anything.

What else can I do?

Just wait, it depends on who is actually runnin their twitter account. It took one company a while to get in contact with me, so it's often best waiting a bit.

You've tweeted, mailed and FB'd them. Wait another week and see what happens . They might not realise they aren't following you, so send another tweet in a week.

At the top of @can_official twitter page is a link to their website. If you follow the link to their website, you can see there is a contact us page:

I have tweeted Amy Childs already but no response there either.

Will wait until Friday and then try the phone route.

Looks like the other winner is having trouble getting in touch too. Have you tried tweeting them see if they have had a response yet? Hope you sort it
