Mine didn't track until 7 days later and have just noticed it has been reduced to 80p.

I submitted a claim but didn't have a reference number so used my email address. Then I closed the claim as I realised I had used the wrong email address and couldn't alter it. Then I couldn't open a claim again as it said I had no transactions on that date. Ugh.

Mine tracked ta 22p to begin with but changed to £10.48 after a few days (can't remember exactly how long but it was quite a while)
