Appeal advice

Options
Hi

I've followed advice here and on pepipoo to date. I submitted my appeal to popla after a standard set of correspondence from me and parking eye - well that's after weeks of asking them for a popla appeal code and finally getting one.

Anyway I've just had their 46 page appeal pack.

Can I respond to this pack back to popla? And if so any advice?

Regards
C

    Hi

I sent off my additional information to POPLA after I got Parking Eye's 47 page missive.

POPLA have replied noting the additional submission.

I guess it will be a few weeks before we hear now.

    Hi

Much like my last post the decision on this one has also come through and POPLA have allowed my appeal and so Parking Eye have to cancel the charge.

Again it was allowed on the basis that Parking Eye had not demonstrated that it was a justified loss, not a penalty, and that the evidence they gave to support the loss was basically just the usual operating costs.

    Thanks for everyone's help.

Two POPLA wins in a day against PE? Well done pMcfly, great double whammy.
