Hi
Has anybody had a any joy in getting a response from these people in respect of updating / correcting there credit file?
I'm really struggling to get them to do anything, have gone down all the standard routes.
They have however managed to contact me by letter to inform me i have a PPI refund on the loan but they have deducted it from my debt and that the balance is still payable!
