Hi
I know this thread is old but i have this exact problem.
Next have sent me out a catalogue and i didnt even order it. The problem is that they have sent me a bill and i have never even ordered anything from them nor have i ever been to their shop. Reading all the posts about Next i dont think it will do any good calling them up.
can anyone tell me what i can do?
Thanks
Lupie
I presume you haven't destroyed the packaging for the catalogue as it states very clearly on it what it is.
If you haven't then ring Next up and be very polite on the phone. Inform them that you never received a letter for them warning you they will send you a catalogue out , it is in the original packaging and as you don't want it so can they come and collect it.
The Next catalogue comes with a separate letter so you don't need to open the catalogue to get the information to call Next.I'm not cynical I'm realistic

i have been geting Next for years now they put the charge on my statement then they refund it to me so i never actually pay for it .I presumed that they did the same with everyone .
I think i did pay at first when i was a new customer0 -
If you do order from Next, they refund the £3.75 by giving you free delivery on your first order (also £3.75)Moving on up
