self employed mortgages

Does any one have advice on getting a self employed mortgage with less than two years worth of invoices to show? Is it possible to do? We have a25% deposit but have only been self employed for one year

Lenders don't look at invoices.They accept SA302s showing net profit. These reflect income declared to HMRC. Some lenders accept only one year's income, others two years.
There is no special self-employed mortgage. These are the standard criteria requirements of High Street lenders.
