Changing mortgage to shared ownership

Hello guys,
Quick question, myself and partner bought our first house back in Feb this year for a really good price and have been making gentle enhancements for when we decide to move on. However we have found a few shared ownership properties and wondered how we would move go about porting our mortgage on a shared ownership one? can this even be done?.
any thoughts around this would be much appreciated.

You current mortgage (if not for a shared ownership property) is not designed to be ported to one.I am a Mortgage Broker
