Nice meal made by one or other of us, cards, bottle of fizz, small gifts.
Although this year was our 10th anniversary of meeting, and I got an eternity ring to snuggle up to my engagement & wedding rings0 -
Happy Anniversary!
We don't usually do much on our anniversary of meeting, but we do normally do something for our anniversary of datingWe normally acknowledge it though, just don't actually do anything.
However, this June was our 5th anniversary, so we did do something as it was half a decade. Fortunately, it was lovely weather so we went to Herne Bay and had a walk along the promenade and got some chips for lunch. We then drove on to Broadstairs and went to an absolutely amazing gelato shop called Morelli's that we'd wanted to go to for a while. We got a 'Romeo and Juliet'
We then had a lovely walk along the beach, feeling very full of gelato :rotfl:
We probably won't do anything next year, but the year after that (which will be our 7th anniversary) is the day we're getting marriedSPC '21 #0750 -
We normally go out for a nice meal together. We haven't bothered with cards or presents since the first one (of being in a relationship) I don't think, when we also went away for a night in a hotel in a nearby city.
This year it is our 10th anniversary (of relationship) and we are going to Washington DC & New York so I'm super excited! We're going to see Lion King on Broadway on our actual anniversary date. It's a month tomorrow 'til we fly out - can't wait!0 -
We usually have a meal somewhere if that's take away or going out if we get a take away we get a good dvd in and make a night of it
