This is my first post. I don't under stand what that means sorry. I really was hoping for advice and I don't understand why anyone would troll a help page for finances??

I made the original post on my laptop and am now replying on my phone if that changes anything.

I'm not convinced, either way the troll is deliberately misleading people and could cause real problems for innocent posters.

Is this tread real or not? Either way it's validity has been thrown into doubt and if a real problem for someone, has left them without the potential help and advice of knowledgeable people .

Nothing I can really do to convince anyone then. I still don't understand why anyone would troll at all for a start unless they are a bit sad, but to troll a money page makes even less sense. I was hoping to just be pointed in the right direction to see if there was anything else we could do other that make a complaint. I know he probably made bad choices in the past but we are just trying to get on top of things. I suppose I could ask for letters? Write a complaint in writing instead of over the phone. That was a mistake we could have avoided.

I'm actually not and as I've said before it makes no sense to me why anyone would troll a money page??? If there is one on here it is not me.
as I also said yesterday I would get my husband to give the full facts on the loan. I wrote them late at night and didn't double check the info.

feel free to ignore if you believe me to be something I'm not but I would rather people were not insulting as I have not said anything unkind to any of you despite the abuse I've received from some.
