christmas on the beach

We're away for Christmas this year to warmer climates.
We normally do Christmas jumpers and santa hats on Christmas day but it will be way too hot for that.
I've googled Santa bikinis but they're more things I'd wear in the bedroom. :rotfl:
Does anyone have any ideas how we can stay festive ?

Just add tinsel to whatever you are wearing! Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!0

Oooo I'm liking that. I can put tinsel on my deckchair. I am still taking a santa hat, I am sure it will keep the sun out of my eyes somehow.Forty and fabulous, well that's what my cards say....0

Before had kids, DH and I used to go away for Christmas and I used to pack a cheap small tree and some decs for our apartment and leave it there when we came home
I did try to take crackers once but had them confiscated at the airport as the snap inside meant they were classed as explosive :rotfl:

I'm sure you'll have a good time but, It's not my cup of tea. I like Christmas's cold
I think if I were to go away at Christmas with my family (and dear god I wish I could, to be away from the mother in-law) I'd go for somewhere in the mountains, probably Switzerland.

Most places catering to torism will do something for Christmas even if it isn't in their own culture to celebrate so you will likely find a christmas dinner & maybe even a santa.
I lived on a tropical island for a decade & did christmas every year, dinner, drinks, pressies with friends the only difference was I would spend the day on the beach before dinner in late afternoon.I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.
