Pork in Coke

I am sure I seen someone suggest a slow cooker recipe which involved cooking a Pork shank in coke ??

Does anyone have the recipe please x

    No recipe as such, just use coke (cherry version makes a nice change) instead of adding water/stock

    Peel and half onion. Put it and pork in SC. Cover with cola. (Add bayleaf.) Cook until meat is tender.
    If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5? :)

    Just an inch or so in the bottom would be enough. I might try this tomorrow with a ham joint that needs used. Sweet fruits like apples or dried apricots would probably be nice cooked with it too :)
