Hi All,
I feel like I'm the most unfortunate person reclaiming bank charges. I have started this last year, and finally yesterday I had my court date. Barclays did not try to settle before the court nor did they turn up. Yet, my case was not hear due to the case before me. I waited 2 hours to be told that I will have to come in again. And of course I have to wait for a new letter and new date from the court. I'm so tired of this, I just wish it would be all over now. Makes me feel that it just giving barclays more time.
:-(

Thank you LozBingley and Stephen Leak, I know I have to patience. I'll keep waiting. Will give Barclays a call once I get my new court date. Or do you think I should call them before that?
many thanks

Its possible you will get an offer before the new hearing date. Either way, chin up, you will get there in the end
