It's coming up with an error when I enter in my details and when I retry it says my email has already been used

I won on this earlier too and got the error message - took a screen shot but T&Cs state screen shot not proof of win. Hope I get an email.

matched the pink lady and got the error message, not sure what i've won or if they'll honour it but I emailed them on the contact us so hopefully they'll be in touch.

I had the same and received a winning email a few days later, it went to spam so check there too
