Historical Nationwide Mortgage Rates

Options
Hey,

Recently, NW raised their mortgage rates. Does anyone have any records of what they were beforehand?

Specifically, I'm after the 4 year fixed deals for Flexaccount holders.

Not a broker product, so none of us would have any reason to retain those details. Sorry.

A 5 year fixed mortgage went from 4.14% to 4.34% for me overnight a few weeks ago.
    Hope that helps a bit.

It's a REALLY long story, but due to the change my mortgage product on their system went up the shoot when I had to change the property it was for.

Therefore, they have had to restart the mortgage and put the rates back to the old product I was entitled to. But I want to check that I have the correct old rates. I'd check my previous offer, but the LTV has now changed...

I have details of rates as at 3/9/13. Were you an existing or new mortgage customer? What was the LTV?

FTB. Ideally after the rates for 75-79 and 80-84% LTV.

    I think the 80-84 was 3.49%...

    80% ltv = 3.69% with £900 fee or 3.99% with no fee.
    75% ltv = 2.99% with £900 fee or 3.29% with no fee.

    I don't think that's quite right.

I know for certain that the 75 ltv fixed for 4 years was 2.79% with £99 + £400 fee
This went up to 2.94% at the start of September

Try posting a comment on a site called the mortgage meter as they have a database of old rates
