Mutual Points - major problems

What on earth is going on with Mutual Points? I know I've already started a thread on them, but I am pretty disgusted and felt a new thread was necessary.
Over the past few weeks (months?) I have at times been unable to get on the site as Internet Explorer can't display the page - including today. Now I am waiting for payment which was supposed to have been paid into my Paypal account (according to them) at the end of September. It's still not been paid in.
I have filled out the online query form for past surveys that I completed via their e-mails, given a ticket number and then heard nothing more. I also filled out the form regarding payment, again I was given a ticket number but nobody replied further. Every time I have completed a survey for them I've had to chase up the points.
I e-mailed them via the address mentioned on their site a few days ago and the e-mail was unable to be delivered!
Is anyone else having problems such as this? I am so disappointed in them, their e-mails offering 5 points have been getting less and less but all these problems smack of them having major problems.
I will be gutted if the £20 won't be paid after it took me so long to get to 3,000 points.

I too am having the same problem with them. I managed to post a ticket on the support page but now that is not working properly, keeps giving me an invalid login message.
It's any body's guess as to what is happening with them, unless some one on here knows what is going on.
Worse thing is my wife also has an account with them and is at the point where she can redeem her points and, guess what it ain't happening.
The thing that puzzles me is that they are still sending out the emails for people to collect points etc but with no way of redeeming them, even the email links to their own website doesn't work.
Really ****ed off with this problem now.

Did you ever get your money from Mutual Points? I have been waiting since December. I have raised tickets and written to their registered address. No replies at all. I feel like letting all their advertisers know that it is all a con.0

Hi, I received my money in the end but I then unregistered with them. I wasn't getting many e-mails that offered the 5 points, most of them were just advertising, and it had taken so long to get to the 3,000 points.
I hope you get yours sorted out. :-(Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0
