Tesco - Empty Ink Cartridges

As many of you probably already know, you can send some particular ink cartridges to Tesco and receive 100 Clubcard points per cartridge! This is the equivalent of £1 each! Although there is a limit of 100 per year.
I am looking to do this to buy a Tesco Hudl (£119). If you have 6,000 points, you can use Clubcard Boost to double it! So... if I send off 60 ink cartridges, I can get a Hudl for free, using points!
Obviously, I don't have 60 ink cartridges lying around, so can anyone suggest a place that I can obtain some compatible ones? I know eBay is an option, but I'm sure people selling them specifically for Tesco will upscale the price, and others may not be genuine, and may be damaged, or the wrong model etc.
How can I do this?

I sent off ink cartridges once and never got any points. Phoned them up. No help - no points. Bit of a gamble unless you send by recorded delivery.0

By the time, you get them, by the time you send them off, by the time the 'recycling factory' get them, by the time they test them, by the time the points get credited to your Clubcard account - it'll be too late for the November mailing - cut-off date 19th October, more likely - the next one Feb.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0

When you say November mailing, do you mean when Tesco send out vouchers? I haven't had a Clubcard before, I should be receiving one soon.
Can't I use my points on the website though anyway?0 -

No, you can't spend your 'points'. Every three months - Feb., May, Aug., & Nov., the points get converted to Vouchers - which have a two year valid unto date. Its the vouchers you spend.
Did you order the Clubcard on-line or by 'phone?
Do you have a Tesco Mobile ?
Is your energy supplier E.on?
They could get you more points - they just need to know your CC No.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Oh that's annoying, I wish it was more like the Nectar card where you just keep your points on there and spend them when you want!
I ordered it online, it said I should receive it soon. But if I go to 'register an account' online, it now tells me I need to order a clubcard? I got a confirmation email from Tesco though anyway, so I'm going to wait and see.
No, and No. Unfortunately
My main spend at Tesco's will be with petrol, but I believe you get less points for petrol anyway?0 -

I used to get points and then for some reason they stopped being credited.
I checked to make sure they still took that one and they did.
I stopped sending them to Tesco and had built up quite a few. I recently used 10 of them to get £20 off 2 HP cartridges in Staples.(must be HP)
(£2 each one max 5 per transaction).
Good luck to you if you manage to get the points from tesco.0
