Britney Spears follows me. It's a verified account (you could tell by the blue tick next to their names which means that twitter has verified that it's definitely them), so it's definitely 'her's', so to speak. But......I'm pretty sure it's managed by her PR team (as are quite a few of the bigger celebs twitter accounts).
