Pam check in your "devices and printers" to see what has been installed in your machine, make sure that the printer you want to print is the one selected. If it is just coupons that wont print ie you can print say a word doc, then try changing from the browser your using to another, I cannot print coupons in firefox so have to use internet explorer to print coupons,hth:)

Just did my first AvT shop ,delivered today as y friend came to visit and showed me what to do.She said S&G body responsive had been working for years but just checked on MyS and is listed as N/A, any ideas?
