Maybe an easy way to test the meal deal in store simply.

    1 x lasagne
    2 x veg seletion

    1 x wine

I believe at one stage we were buyin 1 x chicken pies and 2 x mustard mash...

Maybe worth a shop post work unless anybody shops sooner.

    Xmas Saver!
I just started preparing a chicken to go in the oven..

The neck was still attached so I had to cut it off, gross..

So I thought, hmm if the neck is still on there may be a bag of giblets inside.

I was wrong there was no bag, there was however a heart still attached which I had to remove :eek:

I've gone right off chicken :(:(

Keep your eyes peeled in Mr S

Total couponery on FB is reporting one store has a leaflet with 5x£3 off (no minimum spend!)

Morning lovelies. I'm tucked up in bed snuffling and coughing again. I really need to take better care of myself- my immune system seems to be equal to that of a kitten :o

Two horrible colds in the space of a few weeks! Bleh. Hugs to mrs Stinkface and Floflo and anyone else feeling under the weather.

There's a Sains a few minutes walk away from me so I'm going to pop in to look for these. Needing to get some ingredients anyway so I'll see if I can shuffle down there later :) thanks aau

You are made of stronger stuff than me Mildred, I would not have been able to deal with that. :o

DD2 on the other hand would be excited at finding a heart. Put her first canula in on a patient last week, she was full of stories when she came home at the weekend. Seems to be doing ok. :)
