Having a major clear out today and have just discovered the elderberry wine I made 3 years ago at the back of the cupboard still in the demijohn! The only word that comes to mind is vinegar. It has promptly gone down the sink, what a waste of time and effort!
Good job I stocked up recently at Mr T's with the wine offers/glitches
Now any suggestions how to clean the Demijohn ready for the sloe gin?
Talking about wine, me and Mr TS did a wine tasting at Grand Designs yesterday, they give you no idea before you start how much a bottle retails for.
£200 for 12 bottles, I think not. :eek::eek::eek:
Very generous samples too. Think they were trying to get it to go to our heads very quickly. I just had sips of some and passed them to Mr TS, so he got double. :rotfl:
It's a shame they did not sell singly as Mr TS really liked one of them that was priced £14.99 a bottle and I would have bought it for him, something special for xmas day. But they do not work that way. All or nothing.

The dinner set price glitch is now over. It was a 12 piece set for 56p. The toothbrush has a code for £7 off. However, when return the £7 does not get taken off the refund if I have understood it right. Sorry if I have misinformed you. So, I used that to cover the cost of delivery.
When you say it's over 3010. are they scanning different price if you are lucky to still find them in a store.0 -
