    Having a major clear out today and have just discovered the elderberry wine I made 3 years ago at the back of the cupboard still in the demijohn! The only word that comes to mind is vinegar. It has promptly gone down the sink, what a waste of time and effort!
    Good job I stocked up recently at Mr T's with the wine offers/glitches
    Now any suggestions how to clean the Demijohn ready for the sloe gin?

    Talking about wine, me and Mr TS did a wine tasting at Grand Designs yesterday, they give you no idea before you start how much a bottle retails for.

    £200 for 12 bottles, I think not. :eek::eek::eek:

    Very generous samples too. Think they were trying to get it to go to our heads very quickly. I just had sips of some and passed them to Mr TS, so he got double. :rotfl:

    It's a shame they did not sell singly as Mr TS really liked one of them that was priced £14.99 a bottle and I would have bought it for him, something special for xmas day. But they do not work that way. All or nothing. :(

    The dinner set price glitch is now over. It was a 12 piece set for 56p. The toothbrush has a code for £7 off. However, when return the £7 does not get taken off the refund if I have understood it right. Sorry if I have misinformed you. So, I used that to cover the cost of delivery. :)

    When you say it's over 3010. are they scanning different price if you are lucky to still find them in a store.
