What does the account area show for these orders please? Do you get a dispatch email? Do they track in the system?
Still waiting for my order ...
Many thanks

Hi, never got a dispatch email, just kept logging in to site to see if it went to warehouse then dispatch. Just highlights when it is at the next stage. Mine changed on Friday so was on track for delivery this week and the guy turned up this morning.
Included was a delivery note stating amount £14 paid by merchant.
Hope this helps.0 -
Has anyone else received this mailing please? And if yes, how do you actually take up the offer (out of interest
) ...
Many thanks

Sorry about that.
They are still showing in my online basket. I'll let you know if they are there to be picked up or not tomorrow. There was a lot of discussion if that price was right or not. So, not sure if they have been discontinued or not.
Nae bother, thanks for highlighting. I don't have a dog/pet and would have passed them on to other family members. Thanks for trying.0 -

I got the email from Ts offering £20 off if you do 2 X £40 shops before 3rd Nov. I'm wondering if it's possible to do 2 x £40 Flo shops (£20 end cost each) and still get the £20 off. I think it might just work, I think they might work on the guide price....they do for everything else.
I think I might just try it anyway......nothing ventured and all that
Any thoughts anyone?
havent caught up properly yet so this may have been answered. It worked for me with a similar offer. I was sent 3 coupons for £8 off £80  instore or online and if I spent them all it said I would get a £40 voucher (this was June/July)
I did the 3 shops combining the £8 off and a Flo Flo shop, so spend each week was £32ish and I got the £40 ok0 -

I managed to get 4 vouchers, got them on the 3 for £1.20 in Tesco (they're on the temptation ends of sweets) and also got a couple of other bars in the same offer, total spend £2.40, total vouchers £2.60
I have a good customer service story today too, not as good as Zippy's though. I had a mini chopper (remember, it is still before 9pm) I bought in Lidl a while back, I was using it to crumb bread the the blade came away from the housing. I couldn't find the receipt, contacted Lidl who gave me the details of the manufacturer, emailed them with a couple of pics and a new one turns up today
I was expecting a new blade and would have been very happy with that, I now have a spare unit apart from the blade
If the motor breaks I am OK

I just clicked on the link on my e-mail and it took me to the msm site where i clicked to join.
... of course, clicking to let the browser/email load images may help to see Accept Invitation as a big red button in the email (... that I may or may not have received ...) - oh, and don't use Safari or Firefox as the green Join Now It's Free button apparently disappears.
As I understand that you can change the linked supermarket account on MSM, you could do a FloFlo each week (or until Ts ban you, assuming you use the same account name each time).
A weekly (or more frequent) glitch shop from the comfort of your own home ...but I assume you would hit the PP/APG monthly limit then would lose the benefit unless having multiple supermarket accounts?

Eventually found in Asda by the SS tills, not on any of the normal tills.
Mind you not worth the trouble, I think they are revolting:( and I like normal magnums.0
