Can anyone help please I have to call someone in England and I cant remember where they are from, the area code is 02818. I have tried google and it keeps giving me USA addresses.

Not sure if you found it yet, but I think 028 is the code for Northern Ireland.

I should of reported her to be honest as she spoke to me like st on Friday cause she had to void my shopping off cause I wanted to use a gift card to pay for my shopping and the slot where you put your card in wasn't working as if that's my fault. That's me done with SS now. I would care some of them are really nice.

Now I would ring HO and complain and see if I could get myself a giftcard for the embarrassment and disappointment I felt...;) Worth a go!

We are kind of used to this being the Elite of course but I bet this woman speaks to everyone the same and most customers probably would feel very embarrassed and a few would make a complaint. Just because we do so well out of them it doesn't mean we shouldn't complain about poor service.

In my area all the shops have the coupon slot covered over and have done since day one :( also you can't use Sada Gift Cards on SS, they are programmed not to accept them - have never worked that one out, fine on normal tills.
