Yes she is and I hope it doesn't end in a tragedy for her. Hopefully its just the transition from child star to adulthood and looking for herself and she will get through it eventually.

Thanks FC, I was trying to find out difference and think I gathered you have to send everything off yourself after using local solicitor. Is that right? I am reknowned for dragging my heels and thought going to probate registry might be better for me if that is the case. :o

OH says a day out in Winchester would not be a bad thing. It is about 50 miles away though.

Back in 5, I have to hunt out a decent wine glass, Mr TS is drinking beer from our last big one.

Winchester has a nice Tesco Extra if that helps sway things?

Thank you to everyone whose advice has helped me in my desperate quest to make ends meet. x

EDIT-Back on the quest, I've been away too long!

    Evening All,

Just having a quick catch up.

Tinyshoes-my father has recently completed obtaining probate, he went to the local solicitors to swear his oath which was very quick and simple and sent off the relevant paperwork without any problems. HTH's x

    Hello Truffle

Thanks for the info hun. I'm sure that is the way Mr TS did it for his mum years ago too but we were both pretty young and I can't remember. :o

Think we have decided we both fancy a revisit to Winchester we had a weekend away there once. ;)

Thanks Jelly, that has settled it, I will have a day trip to Winchester. :D I cannot be bothered faffing about with anymore paperwork. :o
    Glad to help:)
It is a few years since I have been to Winchester, but I found the Antony Gormley sculpture in the cathedral crypt to be very moving experience. For me it was a peaceful, contemplative space to think about friends and loved ones who are no longer with us.

I could see the glass bottles of Coke on Clicksnap last weekend, then they disappeared :(.

I didn't realise they targetted offers but as there were reports of £10 CB on £30 by one of the Elite for Ts, it must be!
