Signing off till next Friday night. Hoping to do a car boot with DD tommorow then off to Aldershot for work tommorow evening. 5 days of 5.30 a.m. starts ( should finish about 5.00 each evening. ) so wont have much time to come on and certainly no time to shop.
Upside is I will be off the diet during that time as cant work on 420 calories a day. Looking forward to it
