Angela can you send me the recipe for the scones i would love to make someI make cheese, plain and sultana scones every day as I have a
tea shop.
I cook mine at 210 degrees for 15 mins (this is a fan oven)
Dont roll them out too thin, this is the biggest mistake people make, they roll them out to about 1cm and expect them to rise up to
4 cm, roll out to about 2-2.5 cm and they will come up to a good rise.
HTHit's been a while but i'm back & ready to rumble 2016 :j0 -

Evening. I'm helping a friend out who needed a babysitter so offered for her almost 4 yr old to sleep over in DS's room. Oh my, they are sooo cute together. I'm listening to them chattering away - they've both just been to the loo again (they said "let's go together" :rotfl:). then the other one said "let's go to sleep after this.".
Disclaimer - now they are running back and forth into the bedroom pretending to go back to the loo.. I feel a trip upstairs happening with me being "cross mummy"
:D Tiger

Lovely to be back TM. Isn't it funny what you take for granted until it is gone? Posting on the Elite thread is something that most people just do and don't give it a second thought, however, taking my posting rights away (even though I don't post that often) makes it feel like my right arm has been chopped off.TrulyMadly wrote: »I could line all the ladies up to meet his needs;)
Lovely to have you back SFSB. Missed you so much:)
I will try to behave myself in future, however the fact that I have the words Fat and Scots and Bloke in my username suggests that I enjoy the occasional whisky, or pint or ten, so I can't guarantee that I won't be dodgy.
I will try my best though..:p:p0 -

Why don't you have a "special word" you can use when you feel "dodgy" :rotfl:
