I've just had similar thing on ebay posted of parcel 2 days later she leaves feedback saying great item very pleased then another 2 days later opens a case saying she hasn't received emailed her she says she bought loads of things and defiantly didn't receive mine, not sure where to go next with it
Did you send it recorded? If not, did you get proof of postage?
As far as I'm aware Ebay and Paypal will usually find in favour of the buyer and refund them unless you can prove otherwise.
If you sent it recorded then that should be straightforward.
If you only have proof of postage you will most likely have to refund her then claim back from the Royal Mail (up to a certain value), you'll probably get it back in stamps.
If she's already left feedback it might be worth contacting ebay and putting it to them, nothing to lose and all that.0 -
