Do the people that work there not read the sels when they put them on? :rotfl:0 -
Just had my response from the Hugo Boss cuttings out.
Thank you for your email regarding your concerns about the packaging of this product. I have investigated this for you and this is what is know as a "Decoded Box". This means that the item was originally being sold by a 3rd party, in their packaging and was part of a surplus shipment. Our suppliers have removed the 3rd party bar code and the inner sleeve, leaving the cut out sections that you describe. The package is then re-coded and re-cellophaned and made available for sale. The product is Genuine and this repackaging practice is very common. If you are unhappy with your purchase please return the item to us and we will refund you.
Regards

I didn’t realise there was a glitch, wish I’d more time to keep up with this thread. Anyway I’ve compiled a list of all the items showing as being in the 3 for £10 offer on the SADA website but they don’t appear on MSM so in theory should glitch – as always, no guarantees though:

Cadbury Safari Van Tin 200g £5.00
Disney Monsters University Gift Tin with Mallow Inside 64g £5.00

Well, the code works and it says its valid for 4 different shops so I've taken them at their word. If they decide not to honour it then it will be a shame - but I guess we can never really be certain about similar glitches and the only way to find out is to try it. If you don't try it then will be pig sick if it DOES work for other people.
I've printed off my CC confirmations and will take with me to the store tomorrow morning - if they give me a bill for more than expected then I will request refunds. The only thing that bothers me is, if it does work tomorrow morning, then if they try to fix it after I've got my goods can they still takemore from my credit card without me agreeing ?ELITE 5:2
