am currently drooling over the photo of my new fridge freezer.(arriving next week)...... a good day despite having to explain section 75 of the consumer credit act to some idiot in indian call centre (barclaycard)who thinks I should accept a repair on my current fridge after 4 months of ongoing claim ....it went wrong the first day I had it!!! but it will work fine after repair she says..........yes but it's not NEW!!!!!!! she couldnt grasp the concept that I had paid for a NEW fridge and a REPAIRED fridge is not the SAME !!!! one supervisor then one senior manager later ......full and final settlement of a refund.
They want to collect the old fridge though - I was hoping to sell it!YNWA JFT96 :A0 -
