I think the code is a new accounts only code so you would need to set up a new one/code won't work on existing accounts. We don't have click and collect anywhere near us (bizarre given we live in a large city!) so I have done on a home delivery in the past and it worked (well sort of, it was Diet Coke which were placed and then some faffing about getting the money right!). Clearly I used my real name and address for that one as otherwise it wouldn't have got delivered but I suppose for click and collect that wouldn't be an issue?

Does anyone know how many "new" accounts you can have please (and are people doing in their own name each time - I assume for matching your payment)? Just concerned at what point they decide you have too many accounts at your house and block you/your existing clubcard?

I still haven't received a new clubcard for my new account set up in August - when do they arrive please - they seemed to have a different clubcard number (last digits on delivery receipt) to my current card but no sign of any points on my existing account and CC not linked to the new account ... as you need the card number!

    Many thanks

Same here Anon, no C&C here. I managed to open 7 new accounts before I was pulled up. I think it might have had a lot to do with us having the same driver practically all the time, he always commented on the fact that I wasn't a 'new customer'. Or maybe it was just the address that flagged up? I'm not really sure.
These accounts weren't opened in a short space of time, either. Over about a space of 18 months to 2 years.

I purchased this after a deal was posted last week. ( http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/hugo-boss-bottled-sport-eau-de-toilette-30ml-9-99-delivered-amazon-o-p-healthcare-1671048?page=2#comments ) It came from a seller on Amazon, who were a registered pharmacy. Although the product does not look genuine at all to me. What do you think?

Sorry if these are too large. I am having trouble making them smaller.

I wonder if contacting them to close "redundant" accounts might be an option or would they remain on the system anyway?

:) MSL seem to be catching up with replies on FB, responding to emails and payments finally catching up from the backlog on some outstanding since August (not all, just random ones missed out!).

    1A, 1B, 1C ;)

Letters do help. Might confuse the driver. Although just be at the door ready for them. :)

Not sure if they would get deleted from the system.
