Sarahdol what do you need the laptop for? I sold my old one and am now an iPad addict. Aside from the occasional word doc I don't miss it! Websites, games, netflix is all I need

I'm going to defer to other people on this as I don't know much about laptops...
Agrees iPads are amazing I'm never off mine, but don't know about anyone else but I can't print vouchers/coupons on mine x0 -

Dont know if I'll be able to partake, because of time, but I bet I've missed a few good ones!
Have just agreed with my boss a 3 month sabbatical from work, as my son is about to start radiotherapy for a cancerous brain tumour, and there is no way I can work and get him to all his appointments. Plus I'm exhausted and stressed from the last 3 months of surgery, appointments, scans, physio, adjusting to having a son with a limp to a son who struggles to walk and has epilepsy.
Well done Logie on the money raising, sounds like you are doing well healthwise (I've only read a page or two)?
Best wishes all xx
My thoughts are with you Imdeptfree, i thought i was having a bad time at the moment. Bless you and your family0 -

Depends on what you're looking for really. Do you use it more for documents or music/streaming/gaming? :A'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -

Lutzi1, What a nice stance on what life throws at us every once in a while.
Rudeboy. Take care, accept the tea and biscuits and look after your self too.
Imdebtfree. Really have no words to help more than what's been said. Ronald McDonald can be a life line when hospital stays are required. Make sure you get any benefits to which you may be entitled. There is another thread about such stuff on another board.
