Sarahdol what do you need the laptop for? I sold my old one and am now an iPad addict. Aside from the occasional word doc I don't miss it! Websites, games, netflix is all I need :D

I'm going to defer to other people on this as I don't know much about laptops...

Agrees iPads are amazing I'm never off mine, but don't know about anyone else but I can't print vouchers/coupons on mine x

havent been on here for months and its nice to see some of the same people are still here chasing bargains!
Dont know if I'll be able to partake, because of time, but I bet I've missed a few good ones!
Have just agreed with my boss a 3 month sabbatical from work, as my son is about to start radiotherapy for a cancerous brain tumour, and there is no way I can work and get him to all his appointments. Plus I'm exhausted and stressed from the last 3 months of surgery, appointments, scans, physio, adjusting to having a son with a limp to a son who struggles to walk and has epilepsy.
Well done Logie on the money raising, sounds like you are doing well healthwise (I've only read a page or two)?

    Best wishes all xx

My thoughts are with you Imdeptfree, i thought i was having a bad time at the moment. Bless you and your family

Anyone know of any bargains on laptops, mine has given up the ghost and need to get a new one.:)

Depends on what you're looking for really. Do you use it more for documents or music/streaming/gaming? :A

Lutzi1, What a nice stance on what life throws at us every once in a while.

Rudeboy. Take care, accept the tea and biscuits and look after your self too.

Imdebtfree. Really have no words to help more than what's been said. Ronald McDonald can be a life line when hospital stays are required. Make sure you get any benefits to which you may be entitled. There is another thread about such stuff on another board.

    Hugs
