  • Just a quickie before I go - FloFlo did a list yesterday for triggers that are working/may work with seashells. Would it be possible to update the list with new triggers etc? Read somewhere (sorry no time to check back as got appt) but someone said choc fingers were a trigger. :)

Choc fingers worked as a trigger for me yesterday with the Green and Blacks :)

I often feel like I am talking to myself when I post on here, but even though I often get no response to my rambling and I am mostly lurking, I do still feel part of something special.

Guess I'm outta here for good then! OR at least until I can deal with being ignored.

Thanks to the few that helped. I can't be bothered to do a shop now as far too stressed.

I need to look after hubby - I just got upset.

I spend TOO much time on here, when hubby is in a morphine induced sleep I look for glitches while I listen to make sure he's breathing - he often stops! I share everything I find- even though sometimes I can't do them due to lack of funds etc.

I often can't partake myself as he's often not well enough to go shopping, even though he's in a wheelchair.

I just got upset that I asked a couple of simple questions about 3 times & was totally ignored.

Hope you're feeling better today WishI'dReadSooner.
I didn't see your posts last night, but I wonder if the reason people didn't reply was that they didn't know the answer.
Hope you'll stay with us. Hugs Caz.
  • Good morning Elite. The sun is getting in my eyes here! We actually had temperatures of 26 C in the back garden yesterday!

Everyone talking about Home Bargains, I think our local is in Reading but out of the way so not accessible for non-drivers, not from here anyway! We have just had a Home Sense open a couple of miles away though, think it's a TK Maxx but purely home stuff.

    Good morning everyone :)

WishI'dreadsooner, do hope you stay, I personally like the posts you make. Was surprised at one prolific member of this thread, responding as they did with that picture. Felt it was very unlike them, and has rather tainted my view of them.

Cold winds from the north arriving on Wednesday!

I went into Home Sense in the arndale at Manchester. So many lovely things! And yes, part of the TK Maxx group.

I've enjoyed shopping at Home Bargains for many years, excellent bargains to be had there.

  • Good Morning Elites

Had a good read last night to find out what's happening.

Tweets and Clare I have just about given up on Candy Crush been stuck on Kevel 361 for like forever.

    (",)

361 is doable, it took me a while but now I am on 382, and on, and on, and on, and on ..............................

Ditto for WishI'dreadsooner, didn't read it all but sometimes people just can't respond, or miss the post entirely.

As for you midwinter, just because of your name!

Shall be popping down to Home Sense this week, have an entry to put in for the opening draw for £500 worth of vouchers, shall have a good look round but probably won't take my cards with me :D
