Surely you cant actually pick your substitution, can you??? & ive just done my shop & added the col-c200 too!... i thought they automatically give a substitute, so do you have to say do not substitute? what would be better to do, A, you may get a better brush or B. you could be pennies richer!:D
Not sure if they would honour the code if they don't supply the actual toothbrush that the code is meant for. I did ask my delivery driver on Saturday about substitutes and he said you should be charged the same price as your original product purchased. He said the pickers would rather be told what else to select than them having to randomly pick something. You could try substituting it with a really expensive toothbrush and let us know how you get on;)

Guess I'm outta here for good then! OR at least until I can deal with being ignored.

Thanks to the few that helped. I can't be bothered to do a shop now as far too stressed.

I need to look after hubby - I just got upset.

I spend TOO much time on here, when hubby is in a morphine induced sleep I look for glitches while I listen to make sure he's breathing - he often stops! I share everything I find- even though sometimes I can't do them due to lack of funds etc.

I often can't partake myself as he's often not well enough to go shopping, even though he's in a wheelchair.

I just got upset that I asked a couple of simple questions about 3 times & was totally ignored.

Good morning everybody I hope you are well and have a lovely Tuesday. Happy shopping shopping and glitching for those lovely chocs.

It's been great reading about it. I have still to partake in this one.
