Morning all
Had a nice wee surprise with the Ts dinner sets - I couldn't get to a store to have a look for them during the week, so took a chance ordering 4 sets and 2 bread bins (with some other things) on a Click & Collect order. I couldn't collect until Sat and was honestly just expecting to be refunded as it was several days later ... They only went and sub'd the sets with other ones from their range and still only charged me the 56p per set! And I got my bread bins too! Really, really surprised that they did that. I just expected them to say there was no suitable sub! :j My sub-matched savings were £50ish! :rotfl:
No sign of any Achica orders for me yet but maybe it's too early - no emails cancelling them either! Those who have received theirs, when did you place your orders? Has anyone heard anything about orders placed last Sat/Sun?
I haven't been on all weekend - what is this about donations? Are we collecting for something/someone? If anyone has a link that would be great :T

Morning to all,
Had a great weekend with little Harley xx
Then it was time to get the results from the hospital for my fiancee. What a great start to the week to be told she has skin cancer :-( Melanoma situ is what i think the consultant said. Next part is cutting the scar out from the last operation by a plastic surgeon to make sure all the Cancer cells have been dug out. Bless she has still gone to work though.
can this week get any worse !!!! yes it can my dear uncle is on his last legs and has given up the fight against that HORRIBLE C word. Lost his dear wife last year to Brain Cancer and he has been battling against his Cancer for the last 5 years but now has lost the will to fight. He asked to see all his grandchildren this week and with some our family living in London, Scotland and wales think i will be picking people up to take up north to Billingham to see him.
Don't think i even have it in me to look back yet, going to sit back and mull over whats going on !!!
hope to catch up later before i go out to pick step D up from school. Hope some nice glitches to get my teeth into.
Thinking of you xI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

£10 vs £4 on the guylain???? TIAnever stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -
Queenriderbrekke wrote: »Think it's the chocs going through at £3 each and the Vinnies still at £5 so 3 for £10 giving £1 saving at the till:)
Chocs still £5 on MSM & Asda, Vinnies £4.
However be interesting to see the APG's as they take from MSM so APG might be exactly the same as before. The Vinnies don't matter either way as no comparison.0 -

Amazing stuff logie, and :T :j:T to all generous supporters.
Thanks for the original idea - think it was geemi? :T:j:T
And silvercar for BT My Donate suggestion :T:j:T
It is a wonderful side benefit to see so many newbies posting - please please hang around and chip in as much or as little as you would like. New posters bring extra life and vibrance to the thread and a greater diversity and balance is always a good thing.
Thanks tbw and FloFlo for testing the chocs - £1.20 each for 3 x boxes/tubs/tins is good enough for me at this stage. Hope to test out the big pots of Randoms later
If peeps could also post the results for all other stores, even though they may be more expensive or n/a, this will be usefult to build up a idea for later as to what is or isn't comparing, although it will be very fluid and need regular updates. S, M T and W will half price or bogof some of these items at some point
I've tested out the randoms this morning results will be in around 12.40 xxxTo get to Disneyland Florida 20160 -

Dunno if I botched it up yet... Will find out & update you all after 12.30pm.;)
Been to @$d@ this morn, vinnies were £4 and shells were £5 each. 3for10 came off. Now I'm just not quite sure these r the right vinnies as no trellis, just panda..... Hopefully I did good otherwise my glitch-induced bravery or balls will go back into hiding a la cryptorchidism....
Whatever the outcome, ta very muchly to FloFlo & tbw for this!!
You should be OK with the Vinnies - last year the tin had a trellis, this year no trellis just the panda and a picture frame showing the types of biscuits in the tin. They seem to be playing about with the prices though today.ELITE 5:2
