On msl can anyone tell me if I need to do anything else once I ve scanned the items please as I can t see what to do next.

• Scan items or browse MSL cashback deals or search for items
• add items you want to buy to your list
• when completed view your list and at the bottom there should be "my list is ready" option
• then it brings up another screen where you can check off each item you have bought as you go around the store
• when finished click "shop completed"
• Then "redeem cashback"
• Then click the camera icon
• Take pictures
• Upload
• Wait
• Wait
• Email
• Wait
• Facebook
• Wait
• Live Chat
• Get paid

ETA I only add cashback items to my list. I don't ever scan all of my shopping

I've only got a wee freezer though so don't have too many Dr O's plus I'm not too keen on the Pannebellos

No I haven t yet . I signed in , clicked on Tesco looked at the offers and clicked on the 2 choc biscuits then I presumed they needed to be scanned but I don't know what to do after Stumped Susie :mad:

On msl:

1. Add items to your list (quick way to find is Browse, then Cashback)
2. Click My List is Ready (bottom of screen)
3. Tick which items you are claiming cashback for
4. Click Shop Completed
5. Check cashback amount matches amount expected (sometimes a slight delay - if not quite right, go back untick and tick the item again and the amount should be right at the bottom right of the screen!)
6. Click big orange Redeem Cashback button
7. Click on the orange icon and take a photo of your receipt. If necessary, take additional photos if a long receipt.
8. Press send
9. Confirmation page will come up thanking you for submitting your receipt and you should get an email confirmation.
10. Keep hold of your receipt in case of issues!!

Cashback in a few days through to a few weeks (depending on their backlog/amount of claim).
