  • Sorry, how rude of me, Good Morning everyone
I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

Random post - did anyone see The Blacklist on Sky Living last night?

It was fab, if you are a fan of stuff like CSI / The Following / American crime drama type stuff you will like it. It's repeated tomorrow and Tuesday at 10pm.

    :D

    Random post over!

Sky+ it and watched it last night, really liked it :T

Im pretty sure you can read books on any tablet Rhos. You just need to download an app such as kindle or similar to put the books on to. I use the kindle app to read books. The app is free and easy to use

Yes, you can, but three people I know who've got tablets also ended up getting e-readers because you can't read them in bright light or sunlight.
  • Misson today, to get 3 stars :j

Oh and clean the bathroom :o

Wonder which one will be done the first :rotfl:

hi does any one know anything about the nook glow light was thinking of getting it for ds3 he would like a kindle but to pricey wants an e reader but would have liked to have been able to browse internet to but think that is to pricey so was looking at nook even though no browsing any suggestions please thanks

    Nook glow £49

Even the kindles that have browser facilities don't do it well. I have a kindle paperwhite, I use the it in the dark every night and some mornings.

For me e-readers and tablets have very different uses and neither does the other's job very well.

The Kobo Touch is currently £40 in WHS. I've got that one from the voucher / birthday card glitch a while back & it's pretty good. You're not tied into just Amazon like you are with a Kindle. The Glo is quite a bit more, but don't think it's worth the extra imho - how often do you really want to read in the dark?

.....and they ve been handing out £5 off a £15 spend on purchases ready to start tomorrow on most things and unusually magazines as well. So presumably Kobo touch £35 :D
