Now I would ring HO and complain and see if I could get myself a giftcard for the embarrassment and disappointment I felt...;) Worth a go!

We are kind of used to this being the Elite of course but I bet this woman speaks to everyone the same and most customers probably would feel very embarrassed and a few would make a complaint. Just because we do so well out of them it doesn't mean we shouldn't complain about poor service.

Agrees! I have had a lady at the checkout question my shopping and piles of filler sweeties as naughty because I am fat! Now she might indeed be correct, I sure am fat but I will eat what the hell I like and I dont have to answer to someone bored and judgemental while I am spending good money. (well, fair elite money lolol)

I didnt complain at the time but I gave her my best death stare.

Is it ok to use a made up name and still use your own credit card?

Or are people using 3v or visa prepaid cards?

    Thanks
I've just used a different email address to sign up and the rest of my details are the same on each account. I choose to do this 'cos it is easier to set up and no chance my credit/debit card might be declined from a fictitious address.

What is the worst that can happen? I turn up to collect and they say "You are a very dodgy, very fat Scotsman, please go away and try to be a bit less dodgy in future!!":)

Hopefully, they will just be happy to get their hands on my cash and won't mind my dodginess too much..;)
