Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Name Dropper Photogenic
    National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
    Home Alone 1 or 2
Miracle on 34th Street (90's version)
    White Christmas (suggested by hubby)
    Scrooged (with Bill Murray)
    The Polar Express
The Snowman (You can get this on DVD still)
I like the BBC series "The box of delights" from 1984 with Patrick Troughton, but you wouldn't be able to get through it in one evening.

I noticed a lot of people have mentioned "Elf", but I haven't seen that one.

    Stoptober Survivor
I still always make my husband sit through the snowman - although not really a film I guess.

Miracle on 34th street is great.

Not strictly a Christmas film but I always remember it being on on Xmas eve when I was a kid....drop dead Fred... Great film.

Our xmas movie this year will be nativity 2 as we watched the first one last year and my boys 7 and 12 loved it, very funny.
we like prep and landing too

Every year we have to watch Santa Claus the movie, the snowman, muppet Christmas carol and Ernest saves Christmas. (Ernest is my fave)

When I get time to myself I love to watch its a wonderful life or serendipity, with a hot chocolate :)

I love Santa Paws (though I'm sure it may have caused one or to tears! However, I am rubbish with films)! ELF is awesome! Such a laugh! Home Alone is another one for kids. Polar Express is brill. Or, Jack Frost?! Though again, it may make you cry a little.
If its something for adults, The Holiday is a christmassy themed rom com! :)
I enjoy it all year round though!! Lol
