Joint Mortgage Application with a working student & Help2buy

Hi,

Myself and my sister already have a mortgage with Nationwide.

I work in a job full time and she works also as well as being a student which she has a loan taken out with Student awards agency for Scotland.

Does her agency loan count towards income in a lenders calculation? particularly Nationwide?

She is contracted 20 hours per week and also has overtime every week which brings her up to 30 hours or more, then her SaaS loan ontop.

I need a larger house to accommodate my music studio and the new Help2buy scheme may help this 'step up'
