Hi there.
I was wondering if anyone out there could help.
I just started working for morrisons and i believe today is pay day.
Yet there is no money in my account.
Does anyone know if bacs is supposed to clear today or does that mean i get paid next week when it clears.
Sorry to be so dense.

Your wage should be cleared and in your account today . mine gets deposited just after midnight.
The cut off for this pay run was last sunday I believe.
If you've just started they may not have had time to set up your details yet0 -
Thanks for the reply sat56.
I did a weeks training 4 weeks ago but sadly had to give in my notice due to the hours.
I should still get paid for the training though right.
Gonna go see the boss this morning.SIMPLY BE-££577.11:eek:

I work at morrisons and I wonder what you mean by a weeks training? Usally they give you the job and you have 13 weeks probation...never heard of them doing a 'training' week so to speak?
Today is payday btw and it would clear today. They have a habit of messing things up though in situations that aren't 100% normal (I.e my partner has just been underpaid a week because he is on pat pay and they admitted it has rolled over till next month...hopefully he will get it back this month tho -.-)People don't know what they want until you show them.0 -
if you are handing in your notice and leaving you might get paid at a different times.
when i was at tescos, anyone who left got paid the week after payday instead, to give them time to sort out the final pay0
