PRIZES
4.1 One (1) winner will receive the prize. The prize comprises:
• 1 x 3-night stay for 2 adults at the 4-star gold Ceol na Mara guest house, Isle of Harris. Stay is on a bed & breakfast basis. Prize also includes; return ferry travel with CalMac for a car with 2 passengers from Ullapool to Lewis; 2 x £20 vouchers to be spent on any combination of art and food at the Skoon Art Cafe. Vouchers must be spent in full within 18 months of being issued and 1 Harris Tweed weaving experience x 2 people.
• The Travel allowance will only be reimbursed upon the presentation of invoices/receipts in support of allowable expenditure. The maximum amount of Travel Allowance payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion, and in any event will not exceed £100.
4.2 The prize is subject to availability, and must be used in full by 31.05.2014.
4.3 The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, and non refundable. No cash or other alternative is available (in whole or in part), except that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
4.4 The prize does not include any travel insurance, or any other meals or related living expenses. All travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes, fuel surcharge, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winner.
4.5 Winner(s) and travel companion(s) must travel together, departing from and returning to the same location at the same time and on the same itinerary. The travel companion must be aged 18 years or over, unless the winner is their parent or legal guardian or has the written permission of their parent or legal guardian. The Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to any travel arrangements.
