The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 31st October 2013.
4. This promotion is restricted to residents of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Entrants and their hotel stay guest must be aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Immediate Media Co and the various prize providers involved in the competition, or their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the relevant promotion. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.
5. The prize is subject to availability and all dates for the hotel stay are subject to availability at the time of booking. Immediate cannot guarantee hotel availability on the dates the prize winner would like.
6. Prize valid for double or twin rooms for two people travelling anytime before 28th February 2014, subject to availability . before March 2014
7. As the prize is subject to availability, the prize winner should book their hotel stay as soon as possible after they are told they have won to avoid disappointment.
8. The value of the total prize is up to £3000 but may vary depending on the hotel stay dates booked due to high and low season variations. There is no cash alternative if the prize winner is unable to book the hotel stay due to unavailability.
9. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
10. Prize includes a pair of return flights to Santiago airport from Gatwick Airport, London. Travel to and from Gatwick Airport is not included. Tickets are strictly subject to availability. Flights must be taken simultaneously and cannot be used on separate dates.
11. One piece of hold luggage is included per passenger, up to a maximum weight of 20kg per bag and charges for additional baggage will apply.
12. The winner must have provided their preferred travel date options for the holiday prize together with their passport details within eight weeks of receiving the confirmation of their prize from the easyJet Holidays website. The easyJet Holidays website may take up to two weeks to confirm any of the suggested travel dates.
13. Europcar car rental: Includes mandatory covers but excludes any extra equipment or covers.
14. Prize includes one complimentary dinner. Prize also includes daily breakfast. Drinks not included.
15. The prize will include all of the elements stated in the competition description above but no other food, drink, personal expenditure, spending money or any other incidental costs will be given.
16. The Promoter’s decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. Travel insurance is NOT included and is highly recommended, it is the responsibility of the travellers to arrange and any visas and valid passports for travel.
18. Any amendments (including name changes) to, or cancellation of, the hotel stay made by the winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges, which will be the responsibility of the winner. Any amendments will be regarded as cancellations and a penalty may apply.
19. One entry will be permitted per person.
