Bridging Loan
Hope someone can help.
I need a sizeable amount of cash to complete a property transaction for no more than three months. I have spoken to a couple of firms that have a large Internet presence, and although they quote reasonable fees by the time you add everything up and it is looking really prohibitive.
Does anyone know of any company that has transparent terms with a clear pricing policy that is easy to understand?
Thanks
RF

A High Street Bank is your most likely bet - that's who gave me mine.Optimists see a glass half full
Pessimists see a glass half empty

A lot of banks have pulled out of doing these loans - if you have equity in your property a quick equity release on a mortgage product without fees and no early settlement fees might be the way to go.0

Thanks PVT but I think Jones is right most banks won't undertake this sort of loan anymore.
Jones, where would I find the sort of lender for the loan you describe?
