Monthly defaults whilst in DMP?

Hi All
My partner entered into a DMP about 6 years ago and we've been chipping away well at it and it should be all paid in the next 2 years - I was forced into bankruptcy just before the DMP was taken out due to a failed business so it's been an interesting 6 years or so! Anywhoo with my bankruptcy now firmly in the past and off my credit file I finally convinced my partner to look at her credit file with Noddle. It doesn't have all of her creditors listed (I know some companies don't report to Noddle so not surprised by that) What does concern me is that the 3 creditors that are listed are all defaulting her each month, which by my reckoning means her credit file will still be shot to pieces for 6 years after we've paid it all off - is this right???

A D every month is NOT a new default. It is just a status update on the original default.
The default and account will still be removed 6 years after the original default.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Have just realised that although it listed as defaulted each month the default date is well in the past so this should make it go all green after 6 years past the date shouldn't it? :cool:0

Not green. 6 years after the original default the entire account will disappear off the report. There will be no trace of it at all.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
