Hi All,
I think I have already asked this before but cannot find an answer. We already own a property but want to purchase a second property with a mortgage. Is it just a case of having the deposit and looking for a mortgage or will we not be able to get a second mortgage as we already have one?

You'll be fine, as long as you have the required deposit and sufficient affordability for the two mortgages' combined payments.I am a mortgage broker.
