    to all those mr and mrs perfects would you start a 3 year IPA and pay potential tens of thousands or sit tight for a year and start a fresh without the IPA, yes I thought so too, the OP determined their own best course of action (based purely on a financial decision) and has proven to be totally correct in their outcome.

    as for morals forget it, how moral are banks and debt collection agencies ringing numerous times daily and writing horrible letters, fact is all the debt for all the bankrupts ever on this board is mere microscopic fraction in relation to the debt of the banks. Pay an IPA or not makes no difference
    to their balance sheet. A bit like comparing the Earth to the rest of the universe
